Shiraz The grapes were harvested at full ripeness (24 Brix) and after cold soaking fermented in open tanks. Malolactic fermentation was conducted in steel tanks and the wine was then aged in Oak barrels for 10 months. This is a bold, full bodied Shiraz with a spicy bouquet of nutmeg, black pepper and ripe plums. The ideal food pairing is with roasts, steaks and hearty stews.
